great access to parks and stadium for weekend strolls

I loved how close the hotel was to Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium, which made for a wonderful weekend stroll to catch a game, and the nearby Lake Artemesia provided the perfect park view to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

I had a solid stay at the Marriott in College Park. The location fit my needs perfectly, allowing me to explore nearby attractions easily. The room was spacious and clean, giving me plenty of room to relax. I appreciated the convenient access to a well-equipped gym. However, some issues dampened the experience. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, which was a letdown first thing in the morning. Service at the restaurant was slow, especially during busy hours. I also found it odd that my room lacked a microwave, making it tricky to warm up leftovers. A lengthy walk from the parking garage to my building made moving my luggage a hassle, especially with back issues. Overall, while it was a decent stay, a few improvements could make it much better for future visits.

The gym was loaded with equipment, and I loved the relaxing common areas. Clean rooms made it a chill stay.

The staff was super friendly, even greeted our kids, which was a nice touch. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and spotless, felt like home! The location's great too, right near campus. The only bummer? The coffee machine was kinda iffy.

Charming hotel, modern amenities, with a beautifully clean room that featured a comfortable bed and a spacious roll-in shower, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Convenient access to the University of Maryland provided easy travel during my stay. The conference center's design offers beautifully structured meeting spaces that made the whole experience seamless. The speed of the elevator is impressive, getting you where you need to be quickly.

Arriving at the hotel, I noticed the layout could be simpler. having only one reception desk means trekking across the courtyard for check-outs if you're in a different building. The absence of a microwave in the room was a hassle as I had to rely on a communal one that barely functioned. While the Common Restaurant puts in effort, its dinner offerings missed the mark, as flavors didn't quite impress and left me wanting more quality options.
